How do I use Shield?
To prevent irritation, start Meltdown twice per week for the 2 weeks, then increase to every other night for weeks 3-4, then use every night. If at any point you experience irritation, reduce Meltdown use.
Use the face wash, body wash, and moisturizer twice per day, morning and night.
- Face Wash: Lather onto wet skin, leave 1–2 min, rinse & pat dry.
- Meltdown: Spray onto dry skin at night. Don't rinse off.
- Moisturizer: Massage onto face after every wash, even with oily skin.

What if I have sensitive skin?

- Week 5+: Every night
